Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They enable core features like navigation, secure areas, and your student account session. Without these cookies the site cannot work properly. These cookies cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information in aggregate. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose. Data collected includes pages visited, time spent on each page, traffic source, broad geographic location (country / city level), and — via Clarity — aggregated heatmaps and masked session recordings in which your form inputs are hidden. These cookies are set by default when you visit, and you can turn them off at any time (see "Managing Cookies" below). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you visit from a European time zone (the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we do not set them unless you accept them.

Preference cookies allow the website to remember choices you have made — such as your selected course department or whether you have dismissed a notice — so we can personalise your experience on return visits.

Marketing & advertising cookies are placed by advertising platforms so we can measure how our campaigns perform and show our courses to relevant audiences, including people who have already visited our site (remarketing). We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this. Like analytics cookies, they are set by default — except in the two cases described above, where we ask first — and you can turn them off at any time.

We use cookies to:

• Keep you signed in to your student account during a session
• Remember your course or department preferences
• Measure and analyse site traffic to improve our pages and content
• Understand which programmes, pages, or blog posts generate the most interest
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
• Measure our advertising and show relevant courses to people who have visited our site — unless you turn marketing cookies off

You can turn analytics and advertising cookies off at any time using the controls described below. We do not sell your personal information.

On our site. Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. A cookie notice appears as you read further down a page; choose Decline there to turn them off. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. When you decline, we stop Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel from collecting data about your visits and delete the cookies they set on our site, and we remember your choice on this device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.

In your browser.Most browsers also allow you to control cookies through their settings — you can block cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Instructions vary by browser:

• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Please note that disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of the website and may prevent you from accessing your student account or completing a purchase.

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services we use. These include:

• Google Analytics — for website traffic analysis. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — set by default unless you turn it off, to measure our advertising and support remarketing on Facebook and Instagram. If "advanced matching" is enabled, a limited set of contact details you have already provided (such as your email address or phone number) is shared with Meta in hashed, irreversible form to help match your visit to an existing Facebook account — we never share these details in plain text. • Microsoft Clarity — set by default unless you turn it off, to view aggregated heatmaps and masked session recordings (your form inputs are hidden) that help us improve the site. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• Payment processors — when you proceed to checkout, our payment gateway may set cookies on its own domain to facilitate a secure transaction. Those cookies are governed by the payment processor's own policy.

We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for the content of third-party privacy policies.

We set analytics and advertising cookies by default to understand and improve our site and to measure our advertising, and you can turn them off at any time as described above; for visitors in a European time zone, and for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal, they are set only after you accept them. Because Google, Meta, and Microsoft are global providers, they may process this data on servers outside India; how long they retain it is governed by their own policies linked above.

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time as our use of cookies evolves or as regulations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
