Two 4x1 MUXes in cascade. First (left) 4x1 MUX: data input I0 is connected to ground (logic 0); I1 and I2 are both tied to V_CC (logic 1); I3 is connected to ground (logic 0), sharing the same ground line as I0. Its select lines are S1 = U and S0 = V. The output of the first MUX feeds both I0 and I1 of the second (right) 4x1 MUX. The second MUX's I2 and I3 are both connected to ground (logic 0). Its select lines are S1 = W and S0 = X. The output of the second MUX is F(U,V,W,X).
